Built in Delaware. Backed by lab data.
Roof Revive is a specialist operator — not a general roofing contractor. We do one thing: restore asphalt shingle roofs across Delaware and Northeast Maryland using a bio-based, lab-tested rejuvenation process.
Local. Honest. Specialized.
Roof Revive was started after watching too many Delaware and Maryland neighbors get talked into $15,000–$20,000 roof replacements they didn't actually need. The shingles weren't broken — they were just thirsty.
We're a specialist company — not a general roofing contractor. We do one thing and we do it well: restore asphalt shingle roofs across Delaware and Northeast Maryland using a bio-based, lab-tested rejuvenation process. Every inspection is free, every recommendation is documented, and rejuvenation is only proposed when the roof actually qualifies.
"If your roof needs replacing, we'll tell you. If it doesn't, we'll prove it — with before-and-after photos, lab data, and a 6-year transferable warranty."
How GreenSoy™ rejuvenation actually works.
Asphalt shingles are manufactured with maltenes — natural oils that keep the asphalt flexible, adhesive, and UV-resistant. Heat, UV radiation, and weathering (especially Mid-Atlantic freeze-thaw cycles and Nor'easter wind/hail) progressively strip these maltenes from the shingle surface. Once depleted, the asphalt becomes brittle. That's when shingles crack, curl, and lose granules.
GreenSoy™ is a soy-derived bio-oil engineered to chemically bond with depleted asphalt. It penetrates the shingle, restoring the maltene fraction and reactivating the tar layer that holds protective granules in place. It's not a coating — it's a chemical restoration of the shingle's original composition.
